Think fall scents and what comes to mind? For a lot of people, it might be pumpkin spice. Others, it might be the smell of a campfire and hot apple cider. Throughout my life, I have always loved the smell of mint. It has always connected to memories of running through the woods in the late summer and early fall, and my grandfather’s greenhouse, though for many it connects to wintertime holidays.
